Sanjay Iron and Steel Industries was further established in 2000 as a trading company for different alloys and metals through the Export and Import of C.I. Scrap and M.S. Scrap.
Sanjay Ferro Metal Private Limited, also called SR TMX steel bars, was founded by Mr. Sanjay Rathod in 2021 and is an ISO-licenced manufacturing company. Although SR TMX is a new name in the TMT sector, the Group of Companies has been in existence for Decades. Sanjay Ferro Metal Private Limited manufactures TMT bars which are widely used in concrete reinforcement structures, buildings, bridges, homes, etc. We are using German-based quenching technology, i.e., H&K-India Thermex quenching and self-tempering process, which is widely accepted as the standard quenching and self-tempering process across the world. Our plant manufacturing capacity is producing 400 MT of TMT bars per day and 1,40,000 MT per annum.
The company began operating as a manufacturer more than 40 years ago, in 1976, in the state of Bhavnagar in Gujarat, with just three employees and a small plot of land. Mr Harshadbhai Rathod, the organisation’s founder, was an ideologist and a pioneer under whose leadership the organization began producing non-ferrous castings, mainly supplying to micro steel plants and rolling mills.
A small but bustling industrial town next to Bhavnagar called Sihor is where the group constructed new manufacturing facilities in 1991. Here, the group began producing moulds and cast iron ingots under the name Sanjay Castings. In terms of output and revenue, since 1991 the firm has experienced spectacular expansion.
